A copy of this booklet came with the kit I purchased a year-and-a-half ago and was an invaluable resource then. Unfortunately, a friend to whom I had lent it, lost it. I purchased this copy because, although I'm fine with the procedure now, should questions arise in the future, this little booklet walks you step by step through everything, and tells you what to do if you encounter problems or difficulties.

this book was helpful but we still had some questions and had to go to the internet for the answers. But worth a couple of dollars to have it in my health book collection.
