Why Use Sea Salt Instead of Plain Water Enema?
Because the composition of the minerals in the water of the body are, not only sodium, but a natural balance of potassium, calcium, magnesium, and a host of other essential minerals. In fact, it is the ionic charge across the cell wall between sodium and potassium, often referred to as the sodium pump, that creates the electric charge that accounts for life itself.
Use With Essential Oils As A Carrier
To dilute essential oils into water you can add a little sea salt to the bottom of your enema bucket and then add the 2 drops of essential oil onto the salt. Then add water and fill your bucket.
Suggested Dosage for Salt Water Enema:
1 Rounded Teaspoon of Sea Salt into 1 and a half quarts of distilled water in an enema container.
(Not recommended for stainless steel enema buckets. Best used with glass.)
Proceed to do the enema just as you would a regular water enema.
