Water flows from the enema bucket, through the tubing and tip into the rectum, up into the colon, where the colon becomes hydrated and cleansed. After a few minutes, the person goes to the toilet and evacuates the colon waste.

You can do the enema at home lying on the bed, or on the floor. You can also do it standing up iin the bath tub if you are in a hurry.
Simply hang the bucket on the shower rack, a towel rack, a doorknob, or bed frame. You can also set it on a table top.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE ENEMA TAKE?
An enema can be given in 10 minutes time. Simply fill the enema bucket with water, administer, and hold the water in for 5 minutes.

Preparing the enema coffee on the stove will take 15 minutes. Cooling down will take 5-10 minutes if you put it in the freezer to cool.
Administering the enema and holding it in will take 15 minutes.
Total time will be approximately 45 minutes.

In the morning when you rise. Try to go to the toilet first. If you cannot, then take the enema.
