Gerson Therapy always used the Medium Roast and Light Roast ontheir patients.  They did feel that the ultra light powerful gold roast on the market really wasnt necessary to use for a good detox,and that the gold roast might upset the minerals and electrolytes too much.

We always suggest, if you are a beginner, to start with the medium roast.  Many long term coffee enema users still use the medium roast.  There is no need to bump up to the next strength level if you are feeling good and detoxed from the medium roast.

Third Party Lab Tested Enema Coffee

Yes, absolutely important!  If you dont have lab tested coffee by a third party, then you dont really know what you are getting in your enema coffee.  You do not want.. mold,fungus,mycotoxins, pesticides, heavy metals in your enema coffee that will end up in your liver.  Coffee is a heavily sprayed crop, so you want it organic too

At Purelife,we double certify our enema coffee.  Clean coffee is a must.   Buying cheaper coffee at the grocery store is not going to guarantee you anything.  They are not enema coffee manufacturers and they arenot concerned it is clean coffee

Air Roasted coffee is much cleaner than drum and fire roasted.   Traditional drum roasting can burn the bean leaving a toxic residue.   Air roasting will not allow that to happen.
