Always choose what is most comfortable to you. I am just offering guidance for newbies, based upon my own research. Obviously, you will need an enema kit. I looked on Amazon and found a high-quality kit made by “Pure Life Enema” and had excellent reviews (thus, a very high rating). It includes a stainless steel bucket which I think is better than rubber or plastic. I bought this kit to closely examine it and check customer service, etc. I never like to recommend anything to you without first looking at it myself. It is awesome, looks very easy to use, and it met with my approval. You can certainly shop for enemas anywhere you want, or buy your own at many pharmacies, or another online retailer.
Very sturdy and easy to use bucket. I didn't know why one would want a 4 foot tubing and I'm an experienced enema user. Now I know. It's bulky and you don't need it that long if you are doing your own enemas. I will just trim mine but you can just order the shorter one and I believe that will make it easier to use.
Good product should NOT rust as advertised However, it really is 2 quarts (as advertised) and must be filled to the rim for a full 2 quarts of liquid. If I had to purchase again, I would get the 3 quart version but still use 2 quarts of liquid and leave some room at the top.
The last time I went to use my cheap enema bag, I was horrified to find out there was black mould inside. No wonder I had been feeling very sick after each enema. This stainless steel bucket is very easy to clean and dry, no chance of mould growth. I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The insertion tip is very flexible. I like having transparent tubing, it is easy to see when the liquid runs out of the bucket. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you for offering this product!
The quality of this 2 qt. stainless steel bucket was surprising. It is MUCH better than I expected - I don't think you could find a container any better. I highly recommended this.

This enema kit is great quality, it comes with with all the necessary attachments. Superb material with instructions, easy to use and clean, good value, and nice size which makes it easy to store. I would recommend this kit even if you are just a beginner it will be worthed, because is long lasting. I'm very happy with this product !!
This is a great product. I've used another bucket that was not close to the same quality. I like how easy it is to keep sterile and clean. I also like how easy the liquid flows through the tubing.
As someone doing plain water & coffee enemas, I am very pleased w the quality of the stainless steel enema bucket I purchased from pure life. Easy to use & clean. Only drawback for me is you can't see the water level as it goes down, but all things considered, it's not a problem. I considered the glass enema bucket purelife offers, but the thought of it breaking & it's greater cost backed me off. On a sidenote, the service @ purelife is exceptional.
This product is excellent for several reasons - it's high quality, the open bucket system is easy to clean and refill, it's affordable and replacement parts can be purchased here with ease as well . Other sites I checked out didn't necessarily use as high quality pieces, nor could you order replacements parts. I don't know what else to say because it simply works as it should and I am happy to have this to compliment all my other practices which help me improve my health. It can be a real benefit to actually clean out the colon and much cheaper to do it yourself. Take proper precautions and realize it's not going to suddenly save you, but it can very well assist in overall well-being. At the very least to get out some stuck gunk and stored toxins that you may be ready to release. I find that releasing emotions alongside, or prior to, cleansing physically can help in the process and ready the body to let go. There are various spiritual and mental practices available to shift traumas or expand conscious in a way that will allow the body to heal further as well.
